Our guarantee is simple: If you, or your recipients, are not completely satisfied with any item, return it to us within 7 days and we will cheerfully replace it, issue a credit, or refund your payment of the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, certified checks, personal checks, and postal money orders.
Orders paid by certified check, personal check, or money order will be shipped when the payment has cleared.
Items will be shipped promptly and in the order which they are received, unless a different shipping date is specified by purchaser.
A $10.00 charge plus shipping fees, to get merchandise to the proper recipient, will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect addresses are given.
When delivering to colleges, hospitals, hotels, or other institutions, we guarantee delivery to the mail room or receiving department of the college, hotel, hospital, or institution. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mail room or receiving department does not guarantee us delivery within a given period of time.
To make sure your gift arrives on time, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value. Substitutions will be made only as a last resort.
